A Little Shop with a Big Heart

La Casita started with a simple belief: ice cream should taste like something made by a person who cares, not a machine that doesn't. We opened our doors in the heart of Hatch — the chili pepper capital of the world — because this town deserves a place where families can gather, slow down, and enjoy something made the right way.

Every batch is churned here, by hand, using ingredients we can actually pronounce. No artificial flavors, no shortcuts, no bulk mixes shipped in from somewhere else. If we wouldn't serve it to our own kids, it doesn't go in the freezer.
